Health Insurance will continue to rise.  Not because of you and I, but because of our mentally ill government.  Currently, all residents of California have to purchase their insurance in California.  This must change.  You have the ability to shop on the internet for many different items, but it is against the law for you to go out of the state to shop for health insurance.

Bottom line is the insurance companies in California have a cartel.  They all work together to share the wealth.  But again, by giving you the freedom to purchase your insurance out of state over the internet or by mail, creates real competition.  If we are going to lower the price of insurance this is the first order of business that must be accomplished.  It is not an issue with our government because we buy their insurance for them.  I assure you if the Government buys our insurance, God help us, the cost would be insurmountable.

The insurance companies give money to the politicians to be re-elected.  In true reality, if they don’t take the money, they won’t be re-elected.  (See Election Reform/House of Commerce)
