TODAY OUR SOUTHERN BORDERS ARE A REVOLVING DOOR.  We have lost our state and national sovereignty.

My promise to you, I will have triple fencing along the entire border for border control. Without control we have no State Sovereignty.  We have illegal immigration, with drugs, gangs, smuggling, firearms, prostitution, exotic animals, as well as slave labor and slave prostitution of children and adults.  As your governor, within 30 days, this will come to a halt!  The border fencing will stretch from the Arizona to the Pacific Ocean. All three fences will have a concrete foundation, be 12 feet tall, with razor wire on top and breach sensors to prevent gofer and creepy crawler type crossings. There will be a one hundred foot space between each fence. Between the first and second fence there will be moat to prevent power driving of vehicles through the fence.  Between fence two and fence three there will be an elevated patrol road, patrol dog run, and watchtowers with parking as needed; along with photo and motion sensitive lighting to detect human movement along the fencing.

It is my hope that Minutemen volunteers will man the watchtowers and will convey their observations to the on-ground Border Agents and in that way there is a check and balance system.  Additionally the National Guard could provide coverage as part of their training operations:

1. 1. The Minutemen are volunteers and they truly care about our State Sovereignty and truth and justice.

2. 2. These Minutemen can be witness to any type of foul play whether it is illegal immigration or illegal activities by a small percentage of border agents who may be corrupted. Most of our agents are good and honest people.  We only have to watch out for the small percentage that could make the rest of our border patrol agents look immoral or unethical.

3. 3. There will be a Border Fence Crossing fee to generate the funding for securing the border.

I also propose a Border Prison if needed.
